Shipping & Delivery Policy


When you placing your order, please remember that a delivery fee can be charged on top of the price of the bouquet depending on the destination you choose. You can check the delivery fee that will apply to your order at any time in the order summary.

For same-day fixed time delivery, orders are delivered by Turkey Flowers between 9:00 am and 20:00 pm, Monday - Sunday, IST.

You acknowledge that requested delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product and the destination to which you want the product to be delivered. The order will be delivered -30 or +30 minutes as per selected time.

Delivery may take longer due to bad weather conditions , heavy traffic or other unforesen circumstances.

For perishable items like cakes, we attempt delivery of your order only once. In the event the delivery is not executed during the attempt, you shall still be charged for the order and no re-delivery will be possible. We will consider the order executed in the below cases:

Wrong shipping/delivery address.

Recipient is not available.

Premises are locked.

Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

In case if the recipient is not available, she/he can inform the delivery person to deliver the order to the gate/reception/neighbour.

For delivery of order items to wedding ceremonies or marriage halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride or groom. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host.

Contactless Delivery


Send flowers safely online with contactless delivery from flowers.com.tr. Due to Turkish Ministry of Health advice surrounding COVID-19 we have put certain provisions to ensure the safety of our dear staff and customers. This means our deliveries will contactless if recipient desire.

Order/Delivery Confirmation E-mail and SMS


As soon as you ordered successfully, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and SMS which will include all the details of your order, including the order number. In case you have not received an order confirmation e-mail and SMS, please call us at +90-0850 222 80 00 ( 09:00 AM - 20: 00 PM, Monday-Sunday ) or send us message on Whatsapp.

You will also receive a delivery confirmation e-mail and SMS when your order has been delivered to address indicated.

Order Modification/Cancellation Policy


There are some orders which are we are unable to accept and should be cancelled by us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, like limitations on quantity available of purchase, error in product(s), pricing mistake, or any unforeseen circumstance. Before cancel any order, we will contact you.

When you desire to cancel or modify your order, we will try to cancel/modify the order for you. If the order has not been prepared, it will be cancel / modify. If the order has already been prepared/dispatched, it cannot be cancelled/modified and you will be charged for the order.

If you have placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please let us know about it. We will give a full refund for the duplicate order if the order has not been prepared.

Quality Policy


Quality is very important to us. We prepare our all bouquets by hand and select only the most freshest flowers of day. We strive to make sure your products look very similar with original product photo as possible, however there may be some slight variations.

Some of our bouquets may include added products, like a soft toy or chocolates. Please note that the photo displays an example of these products, and that the brand or model we send depends on availability. But don’t worry: we will make sure the item received is of a similar quality to the one displayed on our website. If you receive a product that differs slightly from the original photo, but that complies with the necessary quality standards, we cannot offer any kind of refund or send any new product.

Damaged/Defective Product


If any product received by you is damaged / defected please let us to know. You can call us at +90-0850 222 80 00 ( 09:00 AM - 20: 00 PM, Monday-Sunday ) or send us message with the photograph of product over Whatsapp, within 24 hours of receiving the product. With your help, we will do work to ensure a satisfying solution. We will either deliver to new product or refund the amount to reflect in your account. Additionally, we share photo of prepared bouquet with our customers to prevent manufacturer’s product defect. After our customers approve products, we will ship them to address indicated.

Products and Photos


The photos on our website show the average size of our products , and their composition and shape may vary slightly. Each bouquet is prepared by our experienced florists to ensure that the flowers you see in the photo is what they'll get.

Complaints and Refund Requests


If a wrong or a damaged product has been sent, please let us know at the earliest. You can write to us on Whatsapp or call us at +90-0850 222 80 00 ( 09:00 AM - 20: 00 PM, Monday-Sunday )

Turkey Flowers is not responsible and does not guarantee refund for cases below:

Products are delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at the time of delivery at the address provided by the sender or the recipient refusing to accept the delivery.
Product quality problems caused by improper handling of the product by recipient.
A full refund for cancellations is allowed if made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery time. In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full.


Online refund is credited directly through the mode from which the customer has paid the money within 24 working hours. Once processed by us, refund takes 7 business days to reflect in your account.

You can pay for your order from our website using a credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro), EFT (electronic fund transfer) or Western Union.
